Preparation and Planning
In this starting phase, an initial meeting is held with you to perform a needs analysis and define the scope of your project, including timelines and budget. We draw up a detailed project plan that includes all necessary activities, timelines and allocation of resources. We also include a risk analysis to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to address them, ensuring a smooth project flow from the start.
2.
Design and Development
During the design phase, we create a design specification based on your requirements. We present the design to you for feedback and possible adjustments. Once the design is approved, we start the development phase where the solution is implemented according to the specification. Depending on the project, this phase also includes quality assurance and testing to ensure that the solution meets all quality standards and your requirements.
3.
Implementation and Delivery
This phase focuses on final adjustments and comprehensive delivery. We provide the necessary training and support to ensure a smooth transition for your team. IT projects are handed over with all essential documentation, including user manuals for technical components. Strategy projects come with a case summary, key achievements, and next steps for planning initiatives, ensuring you are fully equipped to maintain and advance the project outcomes.
4.
Follow-up and Evaluation
After the project is completed, we conduct follow-up meetings to collect feedback on the project outcomes and the quality of the services delivered. This step is vital to evaluate the success of the project, identify lessons learned, and discuss opportunities for future collaborations. A final report including an overview of the project results, objectives achieved, and any deviations is compiled and submitted.
This step is crucial, as a majority of our customers are recurring.
